Rekindle Craft provides custom furniture design, restoration services, and handcrafted home decor items. All services are subject to availability and our craftsmen's schedule.

Orders and Payments

Custom orders require a 50% deposit to begin work. Final payment is due upon completion before delivery. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Delivery and Installation

Delivery and installation services are available within our service area. Additional charges may apply for locations outside our standard delivery zone.

Warranty

We provide a lifetime warranty on craftsmanship defects for all custom furniture pieces. Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or environmental factors are not covered.

Cancellation Policy

Custom orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of order confirmation. After work has begun, cancellation fees may apply based on materials purchased and work completed.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the product or service provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
